SELF REVIEW HOME SITE EVALUATION - The programs home
site had a good bit of information to describe the program with
links to lots of information. We give it an A+
COMPUTERS - The program can be downloaded by PC users No
information given on if Mac users can use the program (if you are a Mac
user and can use the program please let me know)
DOWNLOAD - The 2.34mb download only takes a few minutes with a
56K modem.
VIDEO - The best video program of any I have seen to date. This
program has impressed me so much that it will be the program of choice
for me until I can locate a better one.
Audio - The best Audio Program of any I have seen to date. Even
with a 56k modem the audio quality is very good I give it a A- with just
a little room for improvement.
SPEED - When in a connect with someone who was using a 56k modem
and I am using DSL, the speed of the video was not streaming but it was
better than what I have seen so far.
ACCESSIBILITY - No problem here there were very few users as not
many people have heard about the program. It remains to be seen how
their server will handle a lot of users at the same time.
PRICE - FREE to non business users.
PROGRAM HELP AND SUPPORT - All I could see from their home site
was a support@eyeball.com address for support. But I had no problems
with the program so the need for it may not be there.
KNOWN PROBLEMS - No known problems at this time.
RECOMMENDATION - Get this program and try it out. It is a great
program to use for you and your online contacts and family. I know that
if I want to contact someone specific this is the program I will use. It
for surpasses any program I have reviewed so far. I give this program a
A++ (The 4 Star of Video Chat Programs)
